Challenging Build
Built on a narrow and long block, the orientation of the block and the height of the building utilises the space given in the best possible way. Clever open plan design makes the home very versatile, while large hidden cavity sliding doors allowing different areas to be used for a number of functions, in turn giving the impression of unlimited space. High spec double glazing has been used throughout this home, keeping noise pollution out while achieving the highest level of thermal insulation. Along with its design and consideration for the environment this home is a great example of modern day living. Solar panels, LED lighting and a grey water system promotes the homes sustainability.
