Our client wanted larger size units that each had their own frontage for easy vehicle access and exposure. It was also important to ensure there were adequate parking bays for each unit. Previous to construction the site was a vacant block for many years and used as a dumping ground, the result being that there was heavy soil contamination that had to be addressed before commencing construction.

A great success

There are several standout features of this project - 6.5 m roof height enables great flexibility from high pallet racking to 2 storey office fit out. Shop front as well as warehouse entry for delivery and dispatch and great design makes the most of the allocated space without compromising parking.

The varying types of construction materials used include concrete tilt panels, steel and aluminium joinery with grey glass. All the units are fitted out with mezzanine floors, bathrooms and electric roller doors. All in all a great project and all the units are currently occupied.
